Long after our time, in the year 3028, the earth has advanced and changed drastically, new creatures forming and humans becoming powerful. So powerful that science is but another subject to learn and bend to one's will. And as once said "With great power comes great responsibility." But whoever said mankind was responsible enough to have that sort of power?

One such man, known as Him, with all his wealth and power, abused this knowledge to start up a series of human and animal experimentations. At first, he called it 'scientific research on the human body'. That was until the United Police and Army Forces broke down his door and found him attaching animal parts to a barely alive girl. He was arrested and charged for inhumane behavior and illegal experimentation.

The cell held him for a week.

Escaping the fully guarded prison, this man retreated into an abandoned province called 'Smith's PowerHouse'. There he again built up his labs and tanks. The strange thing was, whenever the UPAF tried to infiltrate the province, all machinery would short out and break down completely. Even foot soldiers couldn't get in. So, they left him be, trying to figure a way to get in and take him again. That was 30 years ago.

So, will you be a normal citizen, blissfully unaware of this large conspiracy? Are you one who does His bidding? Or are you one of his creations, merciless to his will?
