Personality
Alayna has a varied personality. She has never been the reserved person unless she is just completely uncomfortable. Alayna loves to talk and have a good time but she would rather be serious whenever it is needed. She is a very romantic person but it rather depends on the person she is with. Alayna is very good at hiding her true feelings but her eyes always give her away. Alayna is rather protecive and a big joker, like I said a varried personality. She tends to tell people right away if they have pissed her off and she doesnt like having her feelings hurt. She has a very bad Texan accent that just so happened to fade in time. Because of her beauty she tends to bring all the men to her door though she doesnt take relationships lightly. She would much rather have a long relationship than a one night stand.
Alayna is very caring and protective and is quite gullible when it comes to guys. But she tends to be more observant when she's around them. Alayna is the kind of person that will not take bull nuts from anyone and doesnt like stereotypes. She believes in being who you are and becomming who you want to be but when it comes to her mother, or her father, or Shane Alayna has such an extreme loathing that would scare the devil. Alayna isnt the kind of person that would hate unless they have done something so utterly terrible to her. Alayna has a nack for getting a broken heart and she truly doesnt know if she would be able to deal with that pain again. Physical pain Alayna can deal with but Emotion pain and heartbreak is something that she could never be able to deal with.
Alayna is a model and an animals person. Her one passion has been modelling for years but all of a sudden all Alayna wanted was to work with animals. She loves animals because they dont judge her no matter what happens. They are always there for her no matter what the cause. She just cant imagine her life without animals and plans on becomming a vet when she gets older. She already has everything set up. Alayna cannot stand animal abuse in any way and if anyone messes with her pets they will have to deal with her.
Appearance
Alayna has a very athletic but healthy build. She has a six pack to die for and she has muscles all over her. She has to look good or she wouldnt have been very successful in her job. She doesnt look scary just really healthy and fit. Her body is very well tanned though many would say it wasnt natural when it actually is. She loves being out on the sun. HEr legs are well chisled and long. She is pretty much all sexy leg. HEr hands are always dirty because she is a very hands on person. She has many callouses on her hands. He stands about 6ft and she fills like a elf compared to most models. She loves junk food but thank god she has a very high motabolism or everything would go straight to her thighs and butt. She was a washboard stomach and all in all she is very fit and healthy. VERY skinny.
Alayna's hair has many different colors. Though her natural hair color is chocolate brown she dyes her hair everyonce in awhile either dying it black or adding some highlights. Her hair is rather long stretching all the way down to her back and with long layers to boot. The first layer doesnt start until her hair reaches her chin. Though she dyes her hair allot it always stays a dark color and it rather depends on how the sun hits it. If the sun shines directly at her hair it looks like its blonde and in the dark its a VERY dark brown but it rather depends on what color her hair is at the time. At the moment her hair is a dark brown with blonde hightlights.
Alayna is one of those people that can change their eye color. They can be from a dark chocolate brown all the way to a shadowy grey. Everyone suggests that she wears color changing contacts but she doesnt.She has like a mood ring on her eyes. Shadowy grey means shes REALLY sad,blue means shes a little unhappy,hazel means shes happy and content, and dark brown means she is VERY upset and angry. Though the shades of those colors depends on how you look at her. Her silver looks like shes transparent at times and her hazel can look amber when she looks directly into the sunlight and EVER so often her eyes can even look green. It just depends on her mood and how exactly you are looking at her.
Her nose is sort of medium length and rather pointy but there is nothing abnormal about it. If you stare at it then you are weird because there is nothing wrong with it. Its about normal sized and it very healthy for she can breath through it so she isnt going to have plastic surgery any time soon. Its just a normal every day nose. Her lips are rather full but nothing different. Her top lip isnt as full as her bottom and they are both a dark pink.

Alayna started out on shetlands and welsh ponies but as the years went on and she became better and needed more challenging horses Alayna bought Warmbloods and Thoroughbreds. All the ponies she had ridden on when she was younger were put out to pasture to live out their days in luxury. Alayna has a very good seat when it comes to jumping and cross country though her dressage could use some work. Alayna can handle any type of horse with ease whether the horse be easy or a pain.

Alayna hardly ever saw her mother and what she knew of her father he was in jail and Alayna was supposively the biggest mistake of her life. Alayna lived out her younger years in luxory only having a babysitter as company. Whenever her mother was home she would never come and say hello or play with her daughter like normal parents, instead she would just go and stay on the phone all night long and then leave the next morning not to be seen for months or even years at a time. Everyone that was close to the family felt sorry for Alayna but she wasnt the one to complain. She was one of the richest girls in the state who would complain? Alayna was a very sweet and prompt young girl but there was one thing that she believed that she was missing. Every other family had a mother who cared and was always there. To make them cookies and hot chocolate. But her own mother was never there. Only an old babtsitter that was barely able to sit up straight much less play with a todler. She was about 8 years old when she finally asked her mothe why she loathed her so. All her mother said was that she was a mistake and that was that. She was to young to know what she meant at the time but as she got older she finally understood and that was when all the trouble began. As a 10 - 12 year old she badly loathed her mother and wasnt afraid to tell it to the world. Alayna hated her and soon everyone knew what was happening in the Marten household. Her mother, no matter how much she loathed her daughter, wanted to exploit her under the Marten name and make her an actor like herself. Alayna refused.
As Alayna got inter her teen years that was when her rebellion begun. Her mother, who was greatly angered by Alayna refusing to become an actress, sent poor Alayna to boarding school. Though Alayna did nothing to her body she completely tormented her soul, refusing to eat for weeks at a time. Everyone made fun of her and called her anorexic girl. Though it wasnt that she just refused to eat. Alayna almost starved herself to death. She was a rebel and trying to prove a point but no one seemed to care. All but one person. When Alayna turned 17 and became a senior she met a man named Shane. He was the only one who truly understood her. They started off as friends, then turned to flirts, and that quickly turned to boyfriend and girlfriend. Alayna truly thought that Shane was the one for her. Well during her senior year Alayna realized that acting was definetely not her strong point but modelling was. Alayna loved to pose for the camera until she started growing fat again. Alayna started eating after she had met Tyler because he had convinced her it was the wrong thing to do. And quite frankly he had gotten her pregnant. As soon as she found out the first person she told was her mother. That was a bad mistake to begin with. Her mother called her a sleeper and kicked her out of the house. She refused to even look at alayna again. As much as Alayna hated her mother she was gravey hurt by her mothers actions and was terrified for the sake of her child. There was only one other person she could turn to and that was the baby's father. Shane. Bad idea as well.
As soon as she told him he freaked. He didnt do anything to her physically but mentally he tore her apart. He refused to give Alayna a place to stay and definetely turned down being a father to this baby. Alayna would've been able to handle it better if he had brought it to her nicely because she knew that a baby was a hard thing to put on a 18 year old but the way he told her was hurtful to any woman. And Alayna was normally pretty tough. She had nowhere to go but back to school. By then the whole school knew she was pregnant and she was called a sleeper until she actually had the baby. She had told the doctor who the father was and they gave him a call. What he told them was terrible. He said he flat out refused to be a father to the baby and that Alayna should go to hell. For the first tim in her life Alayna cried herself to sleep. Alayna had nowhere else to go so for the baby's sake she put her up for adoption. Luckily within weeks she was back to her healthy and fit weight and Alayna was more determined then evert o become a horse trainer. When Alayna graduated she sent her resume to everyone she could think of and finally she got a job. What would happen to her now? Would she ever love again. Or forgive?

Jack was tired..things being so hectic. He had to deal with Kali and the baby and deal with a very angry Alley along with his job. It would take a toll on anyone. It was beginning to tell on Jack and he was getting more and more frustrated that there was really nothing he could do with his relationship with Alley. His first priority was to take care of Kali and as it turned out she had lost the baby to begin with. And he had lost his true love in the process. There was nothing more Jack could do but let things take its course, even if his heart would never stop breaking. Kali of course had a new man which made Jack doubt if she ever had feelings for him. Jack let everything go becayse of her and look what happened. All Jack had now was Ruben. The only one who would never leave him.
Then of course Alayna left. Alayna was one of Jacks most proud pupils, she would have been great one day as a jumper. According to the rumors that was also Kalis doing. For months before Alayna left she was depressed, cutting herself adn getting into fights. It was only when Jack himself had called her parents that she had finally agreed that she needed help. Her brother came and picked her up the very next day. Jack was so happy that she had a family who truly cared for her, he knew what it was like to be all alone. He was just happy that she was now completely safe. Jack missed having her to talk to for she was very mature for her age. One of the few female students who did not want to hit on him. He really missed Alayna.
Jack walked into the barn leading a very tired Soniador. It was Jacks job keeping her in shape until she found another rider. Now Jack understood why Alayna was having such a hard time with Soniador. She was a pistol, though the mare adored Alayna. If only Jack could convince her to take the mare with her. He knew that Alley wouldnt mind. Soniador was performing horribly now that Alayna was gone, she only truly worked for Alayna and Jack. Jack patted the mare as he untacked her and rubbed her down making sure not one part of her coat was wet and that she was comfortable in her stall. Turning on his heel and about to head home he was stopped by an angry neigh. He knew who that was from without even looking at his stallion. Looking at the large bay Jack smiled and walked towards him. Im sorry old boy Ive been neglecting you havnt I? As if the stallion forgave him the elegant champion dipped his head against Jacks chest.
Jack rubbed the stripe on his stallions face and took hold of his halter. He really didnt need to even hold on to the stallion for he never acted up in the barn. It was only when they were showing that Ruben acted up. Tacking up the stallion was a cinch for all Jack really wanted to do was take Ruben through his paces. Though there was something off about Ruben. Something in the stallions right eye was bothering Jack though nothing truly seemed to be wrong. Besides the fact that he was a little jumpy. Walking into the ring Jack mounted and once again Ruben shied to his right. Just like he had done every time Jack had mounted for over three weeks. The vet couldnt find anything wrong and yet Jack knew there was something. For about 15 minutes Jack worked Ruben in figure eights just getting him worked up til eventually the stallion became comfortable again.
It was only when Jack started taking Ruben over the fences that everything went completely wrong. The first two jumps were a fiasco Ruben freaking out at every one it took all Jack had to keep him in line. Jack stopped Ruben trying to calm the stallion down when he bolded head long into the next fence. You could hear the crushing of bones and poles for miles away, and the screams of a man and agony and a stallion driven mad with pain. When Ruben got to his feet there was a broken piece of pole sticking out of his shouldar. Jack had one sticking out of the right side of his chest and one in his leg. There were so many gashes, cuts and bruises that you couldnt even tell what was what. Ruben was screaming, auds penned back and teeth bared as he tried to get away from what was still clinging to his side. Little did he know that he was dragging his beloved Jack. Ruben kept falling the wounds in him gushing so much blood.
