*Blew out [xx.eighteen.xx] candles
*Is a gorgeous [MISSY]
Personality
Katherine is a very fair person. She isn't all that quiet, and she is very confident, but not so to the point where she believes she's better than everyone else. She enjoys joking around, especially with her friends and students, and is usually smiling. She loves horses and animals, and has been riding practically all her life. She is very easy to befriend, as she always seems happy and polite to everyone. She believes that you should treat people how you would like to be treated, and, unless someone treats her badly, she is usually nice to everyone.
Likes: Katherine loves animals, and equines especially, as they are so honest and easy to befriend, and they don't have such complex personalities as people. She adores kittens, and, in her life, has owned seven cats. She likes food, and though she isn't obese, she is hardly skinny. She loves pasta, especially, and is a good cook. She loves spending time with her friends and family, and also loves holidays.
Dislikes: Katherine hates people that are fake, and who always lie simply to get their own way. She isn't controlling, but she hates people who purposely go against her word and disobey her, even though they know how they should act. She hates such things as animal cruelty and neglect, and believes that, if you decided to buy an animal, you should be able to make enough time to take care of it.
Hobbies: Kat is a very good rider, and is great with animals. She also has the talent of being able to evaluate people accurately after only having known them for a short time. She can see through a fake within seconds. She has a nice smile, and is usually nice to everyone. She is very trusting of everyone, until they give her reason otherwise.
Habits: Kat can sometimes be too trusting, of people that do not deserve it. She find it too easy to forgive people, and people sometimes take advantage of that. She can be a bit anti-social, preferring to spend time with animals rather than people. She never seems to get angry, which is bad for her in the long run, as it means she can never get her point across. Basically, she can sometimes be too nice.
Appearance
Kat is a rather striking young woman. Although she doesn't flaunt her looks that much, she doesn't need to. Her dark blond hair is layered, with bangs that she often has to hold back so they don't escape from underneath her helmet and flop around her face. Her eyes are big, warm, and amber, with darker brown flecks. Eyelashes that are envied by all her friends rim her optics--thick ones, darker than her hair. She doesn't pluck or wax her eyebrows, but she doesn't need to. They are thin and a bit arched--not like the eyebrows of spoiled rich girls, super-skinny blond lines that make the girl look like she's angry all of the time. Kat has a spattering of freckles across her nose and cheeks. They don't really bother her. About her cheekbones--they are long and slanted, visible on her lightly tanned face. In short, Kat is effortlessly adorable. Not elegantly beautiful, but she's very good-looking.
Except for...her nose. It's not badly shaped or anything, just huge. From a profile view, her nose looms over her mouth. Even from a front view, it is visibly large. She hates it, hates it, hates it. Also, her golden-brown hair is really, really thin. It annoys the hell out of her that you can almost see her scalp from a top view--which is what most people see because of her height.
Katherine isn't as obsessed with her outside appearance as most people. Sure, she likes to look nice when she goes out, but "dressing up" for her, consists of putting on a clean pair of jeans and a nice top, and maybe a shade of lipstick. She buys new clothes as she needs them, not when she wants them. She probably only owns one or two dresses or skirts, in comparison to her twenty pairs of jeans, and four jodhpurs. She loves interacting with people, and values how she acts much more than how she looks.
One thing Kat hates about her appearance is her height. She stands at a measly 5'3''. She was always mocked as a child, and always had a hard time hoisting herself up onto the larger horses.
Riding History
Kat was born in Queensland, at her parent's horse farm. She grew up around horses, and there her appreciation for these amazing creatures grew. Her parents farm breed Thoroughbred horses for eventing, and so she got a very informed start in life. She learned to ride bareback, and got herself a very strong core balance. When she started riding with a saddle, she had great balance and an understanding of how horses move, and many people said she was a "natural". From the beginning, Kat proved herself to be a very skilled jumper, and by the time she was seven she could jump three foot high. She was never scared of the larger jumps, even when she was young, and had great position over the jumps.
When she turned twelve, she began competing at some local competitions. She proved to have a great talent for it, and won many high level ribbons. She soon began competing nationally, and was competing almost every week. She became exhausted and felt pressured by her parents. The pressure, in the end, turned out to be too much for her, and she began to rely on winning for her to enjoy it. Deciding that competing was ruining her love of horses, she stopped, and decided to focus a bit more on her education rather than horses so much, but still having them in her life. She moved to Berlington to be able to get away from the pressure; she broke her parents' hearts but they understood.

Stretching out, Lunarpelt let his paws move the dirt beneath him as his mouth opened in a large yawn, tongue curling out before snapping back in. Standing up, his back legs reached out behind him as he took a few steps forward than casually took a seat upon the cold dirt and grass. Deep topaz eyes scoured the area idly and by the misty dew on the grass beneath him, he could tell the light had just risen. His black ears idly twitched as he listened to the surroundings, head slowly turning about as his fur glistened in the dim light. Knowing all to well where he was, he pushed his rear up and off the ground as he began to move forward, his white furred belly giving a gentle grumble in hunger. "Oh be quiet," Lunarpelt mumbled to his stomach knowing he was quite famished and would need something for a good feast. The black and white pelt didn't give him a lot of camouflage in this terrain, but he would have to figure something out. Paws padded against the grass as his eyes surveyed the forest, searching for anything that would saute his rumbling tummy.
There didn't seem to be much at first glance, a few small prey running about, but nothing that would help. Knowing this was going to be a long hunger, Lunarpelt pressed on, searching for berries, if there were any around to be seen. Being a loner, he knew a lot more than others, but it also gave him the disadvantage of always being in a new area. Progressing slowly through the forest, his eyes caught hold of a some rocks just beyond the forest. By now his curiosity got the better of him and he pushed to wards the rather sunny place. As he exited the cool shade of the forest, the sun seemed to be rather vibrant in this area, yet it was nice. Slowly padding over the rocks, Lunarpelt made sure to take careful steps, not wanting to accidentally hurt himself in the process of hunting. Stopping, his ears perked and twitched as he listened to the soft scrambling of mice, or at least that was his best guess. Drawing closer to the snake-infested rocks, he stalked forward, his eyes glaring ahead in hopes of spotting something.
Freezing instantly, his eyes caught hold of a mouse, standing a pounce and a leap away and the mouse stared back at him. Lunarpelt didn't make a move as the mouse idly stood up, its nose wiggling about as it sniffed the air, curious to know what was just before it. Licking his tongue over his maw, Lunarpelt' rear wiggled just before he pounced. Sadly the mouse managed to be quicker this time, but Lunarpelt didn't let that stop him as he leaped forward again. This time his paws managed to catch the mouse by its tail and Lunarpelt pressed his paw hard upon it as he stared at the mouse. Tilting his head either which way, he knew his stomach was hungry, yet his mind said go meet her; it was a difficult decision, for many reasons.
He was acting like an apprentice, playing, in an effort to stall.
He'd tried to block away thoughts of....her ever since she'd rejected him. But their friendship was coming back...at least for now it was. She'd asked him to meet her here, among the adders, the day before. As he neared the other side of Snakerocks, he sighed. He'd have to confront her sooner or later...he'd heard her settle onto the largest rock, his favorite one. Adders slipped around him, into small crevices near his paws, but he ignored them. One last leap and he landed beside Leopardfur.
Yes?
His mew wasn't...cold...but it was quite emotionless. He didn't want to...explode or open up too much in front of her. Again.
