Eternal stood within the stall, nostrils flared and head bowed. She took in deep breaths, trying to regain what energy she had spent attempting to break free of this wretched box that withheld her from the world. But it was always useless. Hooves would constantly be kicked off the walls and door, and even her body thrashed about against it. But it didn't take long for her energy to deplete, and for her to have to rest once more.
A determined gaze drifted across the stall door and outside it. Ears flickered once before falling back against the mare's skull, as she gave yet another weary attempt at a wall. A simple kick was directed towards a side wall, but it seemed little happened. And she was already so tired. Eternal had to take some sort of break. And no doubt, she was going to attract attention.
Now, one could wonder how an Andalusian is wild. Its only because she had never been trained, nor hardly handled, and mostly due to the feisty, and rather dangerous, temperment she held. Within the few days, she found she could get away with it all; Kicking at the stalls and pasture fences, nipping after the humans. Which led onto her becoming nearly untouchble, and it certainly seemed untrainable. She hardly liked being trapped in these man-made boxes and fences. It was freedom and the wilderness she awaited for.

You Deserve ------------------------------------------------------- much better than me
[/center] Alayna was darn near exhausted. The past three days have been so hectic. She had jumping one day and cross country the next. Pops was having a well deserved day off and Alayna couldnt help but watch the stallion lay down and have a well deserved nap. He had done very well the past few days even though that was only his fifth competition. Alayna loved Pops more than anything. Well maybe not more than anything, Jasper was giving him a good run for the money. Jasper. Alayna couldnt help but think about him nearly every moment of every day. That day on the trails was one of her happiest days. Besides the day she came to be at the academy. Nearly four years ago. I was so amazing to think that she was a senior and one of the top three riders at Berlington. She had worked very hard with Pops to get him this far, and now it was her turn to pass on her secrets to other students. It was only noon so Alayna had a couple of hours before her first lesson. IT was a beginner dressage lesson but then again Alayna had more patience for beginners. Alayna wouldnt be able to handle doing intermediate or advanced lessons because the students would think they were much smarter than she was. Apparently she knew more than they did because she was the one teaching them. Danni and her parents would not put Alayna in a situation where the students knew more. It was just not right and they knew it. Alayna was excited for her first lesson. Alicia and Ideal. She had seen them around the barn but had never really watched their riding. This would be interesting. Deciding just to relax with Pops Alayna quietly entered the stall and gently placed a hand on his haunches. The abnormally large stud only lifted his head and nickered lovingly before laying his tiara back and drifting back off into sleep. Alayna set her phone for one hour to wake her up and she leaned against Pops muscular stomach and drifted into a nice nap. The lesson had gone on very well but now she had way to much time to spare. Alayna was walking along the barn isle when she heard a great bang. Alayna stopped and was shocked to see that it was coming from her new mares stall. Walking towards it Alayna pulled out some sugar cubes and peered in. The mare was covered in sweat and Alayna could see that she was tired. Alayna knew that the mare had pretty much ran wild all her life and knew that training her would not be a very easy task. Hey Easy girl its ok. Alaynas voice was calmer than everyone around her and Alayna placed the sugar cubes on the door of the stall. She would have to earn Eternals trust before she did anything else and it was not going to be easy. ooc: done

Eternal slowly noticed the human just outside. Ears remained pinned, and she gave a snort, simply just daring it to near further. She payed little attention to what was placed upon the door, though she did manage to catch a quick smell of the tastey treat. A short rememberance of how it tasted nearly caused her to forget just where she was, all to grab the sweet, sugary cubes. Mare slowly calmed, until mind snapped back to work, and body tensed once more.
A single limb pawed the stall ground, and a second, yet softer, snort emitted. Why trust a human? All they did was ride you, and command your life. "Eat, tack up, work, cool-down, untack ..." What did they have to offer, that was better than freedom? Eternal saw nothing good in these two-legged creatures. They were the very one's who withheld her from freedom.
She bobbed her head a moment before giving a small kick at the nearest wall. She wasn't going to try and grab the treats. She was close enough, as it was. As daring as she was, she didn't exactly enjoy nearing any Human, no matter the case. So Eternal remained where she was before; Against the back of the stall.

Eternal was untamed and there was definetely a reason for that. She was mean to everyone possible. Alayna saw the mare contemplate whether she wanted the treats or not so to make it easier Alayna picked them up and threw them towards the mare. Just shy of her front feet. Alayna just wanted to watch the mare. Eternal had great comformation and her spirit was amazing. Alayna would never use her for more than a companion horse, she knew Eternal would never let her ride her. That was fine Alayna could totally live with that. Alayna leaned against the stall door ready to jump back if she needed to. She began whistling a little tune hoping that it would help calm the mare at least somewhat. Alayna was going to be standing there awhile so she hoped Eternal got used to her smell. ooc: done

Eternal flinched and pulled away from the thrown treats, trying to avoid them. Yet she ended up moving into another way, which actually managed to spook her forward. Now nearer to the girl, she tossed her head up and gave what little rear she could while lashing out at the gate. And yet, she slowly noticed that her little scare was simply nothing, and quickly she took to a retreat, stepping just over the cubes. Their scent was captured again, and the mare's ears perked slightly. A more curious gaze took to scanning the stall, until she uncovered the few treats. And for the calm moment, she leapt upon them, before once again holding a defensive, yet ready, pose (poise?).
A daring moment finally came - Or nearly had. Eternal had sprang towards the stall entrance, intent on attacking both gate and human, when she stopped to a new sound. Her ears perked lightly and, despite all anger or fear of a human as with the wish of freedom, she glanced about. It was the very girl that stood there? That sound came from the human-being? The mare found it rather intereasting, believe it or not. But within seconds she, of course, cowered to the back of her stall. It was a bit of a break-through, most likely. But to Eternal it was just a weakness - her weakness.
