Kendra walked into the little tea shop called The White Dragon. She had grown quite fond of the little tea shop. She wanted to work there if it gained major business right now. It was struggling really. Kendra went in every week and bought a lot of tea. She hardly saw in business in the place, but she didn't. She walked in. She asked Tyler to met her because they decided to move somewhere else since it was so cold outside.
She felt comfortable and warm as soon as she entered. "Welcome," the owner said with a Japanese accent. "*‚Ü‚½‰ï‚¦‚Ä‚¤‚ꂵ‚¢ƒIƒnƒCƒIBcŽá‚¢KendraB Ž„‚Í‚¢‚©‚É•‚¯‚Ä‚à‚æ‚¢‚©" the owner said. Kendra smiled politely. "**Ž„‚Í’ƒ‚Ì‚½‚ß‚ÉV‚µ‚¢Ž„‚Ì—Fl‚ð‚±‚±‚Å—U‚Á‚½B ‚»‚¤‰½‚©‚ðì‚é‚©B," Kendra replied. The elderly woman nodded her head politely and walked back into the kitchen. Kendra sat down at a table and waited for Tyler to show up with Jigsaw.
*Oh...young Kendra nice to see you again. How may I help you? **I invited a new friend of mine here for tea. Would you make so something?

Tyler strolled casually up to the White Dragon, Jigsaw trotting happily along beside him. It was a welcome sight, somewhere to get out of this blasted cold. The low temperatures had started to take a toll on him, and the old bullet wound he'd taken to the shoulder was beginning to ache painfully.
As he reached the door, he stopped, instructed Jigsaw to wait by the door, and headed in. Jigsaw sat obediently outside the door, then lowered himself to the ground so he was lying down. He was a patient well mannered dog, and he would wait there for as long as need be. Of course, he would have liked to go in with him, but he would do as instructed and stay.
Tyler walked in to the store, catching sight of Kendra almost instantly. He walked over towards her, and took the other seat at the table. The emotionless facade he had worn when he had first met Kendra had returned. It was always that way when he would be around people he didn't know. "You certainly didn't take your time getting here." He commented as he took his seat.

A grin grew on Kendra's face as Tyler entered the White Dragon. She laughed slightly at his comment. "I like this place. It's really homey. Would you like to order something?" she asked. The owner walked out and bowed toward Tyler and welcomed him. "Welcome...to...eh...my tea...shop," she muttered. Kendra smiled. She was trying so hard to get this shop going. It was in beautiful shape, but it needed more customers.
"Can he bring his dog in?" Kendra asked in Japanese. "Yes. As long as it behaves" she replied. Kendra nodded her head. "Jigsaw can come in as long as he behaves so he doesn't have to sit outside in the cold. What would you like?" Kendra asked. She smiled.

Tyler turned towards the woman who approached and...bowed? Ah well, it was a Japanese place, it was only natural that the owner act like a traditional Japanese person. He nodded slightly to her, though still no smile or expression crossed his face. He hadn't the slightest idea what she and Kendra were saying, for all he knew they were talking about him.
He nodded at the comment that Jigsaw could come in, but didn't get up instantly to let him in. "Not much of a tea drinker..." He said in response to her question. In fact, he'd never had tea in his life, so far as he could remember. It just wasn't something that someone with his life would think to do regularly... It seemed kind of like one of those old British habits that the wealthy people did, and he certainly wasn't British...or exceedingly wealthy. In fact, he was almost the opposite. He was actually Mexican by birthplace, and had never been considered well off.

Kendra figured he would say something like that. She was probably the only person you'll meet that loves drinking tea. She never had a sip of coffee in her life. She smiled. "Would you have some coffee?" she asked. "Green tea," she said in Japanese. She looked over at Tyler and wondered if he would drink coffee at this hour. She figured he would. At least he would have something warm. It was cold outside. She stood up and opened the door. "Come here Jigsaw," she said to the German Shepherd laying by the door. "It's cold. Come in inside," she said. She hoped the dog would listen to him. She knew she wasn't Tyler, but she wanted to dog out of the cold.

The owner seemed like a pretty nice lady, but he could see how this business would struggle. That he completely understood. After all, he had basically been on his own since he was fifteen, and it was not easy to live well and without a lot of hard work when you're that young. He might as well help this lady out, at least a little. "Coffee's fine." He said with a nod.
Jigsaw lifted his big head off his paws as the door opened, and he was instructed to come in. He looked at Kendra without moving for a minute or two, then shifted his big brown eyes over to Tyler, the one who had given him the command to stay. The slightest hint of a smile crawled across Tyler's face, and he pointed to the ground beside him. This, as Jigsaw knew, was the command to come.
He leaped up onto his feet, and trotted in the door, looking at the Japanese woman as he passed her. He moved promptly over to the side of Tyler's chair, and plopped himself down on the floor. He lowered his head onto his paws once more as if he had never moved from where he had been laying outside. He was used to having to stay outside when Tyler went places, and so actually getting to come in made him a little bit shy almost.

Kendra smiled. She knew that Jigsaw understood the command, but he waited for Tyler to tell him anyways. She walked back over to the table and sat down. The owner walked back behind the shop to start making the green tea and coffee for them. She sighed. "At least it's warm in here," she said. She clutched her sweater to her body. She was warmer, but she needed the tea to warm her the rest of the way. She looked at Tyler and wondered...how old was he?
She wasn't sure why she suddenly thought of the random question. It didn't matter to her anyways. She sighed as she waited for the tea and coffee to come. The owner came back after moments with a small tray in her hands. She placed the cup of coffee in front of Tyler, a small cup for tea for Kendra, and she bent down on the floor and placed a small bowl of water in front of Jigsaw. "You...have... a good dog," she said to Tyler. She pet the dog on the head and walked back behind the counter.
