Riveria City
Riveria was founded in 1811 by Nelson Riveria. What started out as a Small village soon transformed into a small town and today a small city. It has over 2,000 people living here and like all cities has its fair share of crime and poverty. Rivera is known for its best education, offering an upper class high school for all; everyone has a chance of a great education with the options of College. All college students live in the dorms for free and also receive their meals at a low cost.
It is also known for its secure mental hospital, even though one patient has gotten out in the past, it promises to up its security. The dark areas of the city work in unpleasant ways mafia rule the streets and everyone secretly knows it.
Even though Riveria is known as a great city for education, it is also known for its high drug related crimes and deaths. Riveria is like any city you hear about only most of the crime is hidden.
