the school year's began for the students at lansing high school. and yet another repetitive year for the citizens within the city of lansing, michigan. the teenagers already have their claws out and ready to rumble with eachother. they say you should watch your back around these kids since every year, they just seem to become more and more rotten. a proven fact, at the least. all because of an underground newspaper. it doesn't matter who you are, if the kids smell drama, they will let everyone in on your business. no one is really safe from the paper at all. there's no rich, neutral, or poor. they're all treated the same when it comes to the choice of gossip. everyone has skeletons in their closets no matter who they are or how innocent they seem.
gone are those days where you celebrated the time of your birthday at chuck e cheeses. that place would be a paradise from the horrid nightmares anyone can cast. if they're an adult; they're no different either. people like to cause trouble no matter their age or occupation. news travels fast even in a large city with quite the population, like lansing, michigan itself. are you going to try and put an end to the system of gossip. or better yet, are you going to support it? or maybe you may be one of the curious ones who want to figure out whom it is that is behind all the gossip? it remains unknown. but that also means you should watch your back; it could be your best friend. are you really that trusting? when people have power, they go mad. and when people have dirt on others, they pretty much have the chance to run your life with a bit of blackmail.
